Tamil movie goddess Namitha said she would love to dress a half-saree and daylong skirt, if she gets the chance. She was speaking at the audio launch of 'Nil Gavani Ennai Kathalai', held at Four Frames theatre.

The gorgeous actress was responding to the plea made by lyricist Snehan, who spoke before her. Snehan said that half-saree and daylong skirt was the traditional costume of Dravidian young girls and if Namitha chose to dress it, thousands would follow suit. Namitha said that she would dress the costume as and when doable and would dress it in digit of her forthcoming films.

'Nil Gavani Ennai Kathalai', directed by Pramod and Pappan, is a trilingual starring Namitha, Kalabhavan Mani and Bala in the lead.
